About the Role: No automotive or sales experience? No problem. We’ll train you from the ground up. This Trainee program has been designed specifically for people who are new to the automotive industry. You’ll start with structured induction and classroom training through the FSA Training Academy before transitioning into live dealership environments where you’ll learn hands-on, alongside experienced professionals.
