Our team of 42 includes long serving team-members complimented by a new crew coming through. Our specialist team completes all repairs from small to large and our new fully equipped site includes 4 Spray Booths, 4 Car-O-Liner systems, 3 Spot Welders and 6 front draft Prep bays. The Opportunity We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team and managers with administrative duties while keeping our customers updated about their vehicle repairs. Permanent Position Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM What You'll Do: Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experience Manage phone and email correspondence Support management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables, etc.) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs Apply or call us today on 07 5532 3716 for a confidential chat.
