Azure Data Engineer | Care Industry | $130,000 Super We are working with one of Australia's leading in-home care companies who are revolutionising their tech team due to a Dynamics FO implementation. They are looking to scale in many areas, beginning with their Data team and are looking for a seasoned Azure Data Engineer to come in. Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in a data engineering role or an advanced SQL development position.Advanced SQL development and optimisation skills, with the ability to write, debug, and fine-tune complex queries and stored procedures.Practical, hands-on experience with Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse for building and managing data pipelines.Proven capability in developing, maintaining, and optimising scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across a variety of data sources. Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support analytics, reporting, and operational requirements.Manage and optimise cloud-based data platforms in Azure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse, and related services.Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives by ensuring data accuracy, availability, and proper modelling for dashboards and analytical tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including analysts, developers, and business stakeholders—to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance by adhering to organisational standards, security policies, and best practices throughout the data lifecycle.
