Based in Melbourne, VIC, this role offers the flexibility of working partially from home. The Co-founder will be responsible for collaborating on platform development, driving innovation, and building a technology-focused strategy to deliver value to stakeholders. The Co-founder will engage in tasks such as product planning, developing software architecture, and ensuring the technical feasibility of the platform while also exploring market needs and assisting in building partnerships. QualificationsStrong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in sales and marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and retentionProficiency in conducting detailed market and industry researchExperience in leadership, entrepreneurship, or startup environments is a plusTechnical knowledge or experience in software development, particularly in building data platforms, is highly desirablePassion for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and sustainability You will be considered for a co-founder role after 2–3 months of consistent, high-quality contributions.Students are not considered for this role.
