This role offers an immediate start and supports the finance team with day-to-day accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: AP & AR processing, invoice entry and account maintenance Bank and credit card reconciliations Assisting with month-end journals and reporting Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records Preparation of payment runs and follow-up of outstanding invoices Posting transactions to the general ledger Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Assisting with BAS, FBT and month-end data collation Liaising with internal departments and responding to account enquiries General administrative support including filing and inbox management About You: Experience in accounting or finance support roles Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry Confident working with multiple systems and Excel Able to work independently and meet deadlines Available for an immediate start in Mt Waverley Desirable: Experience using JDE finance software Previous experience within a large finance function Exposure to IT or Health-related industries If you're looking for a flexible casual opportunity within a reputable global organisation, apply now for immediate consideration.
