ABOUT THE ROLE As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for Chisholm’s day-to-day digital media activity, including: Creation and coordination of audience and channel-specific content Driving and managing positive brand awareness and engagement on Chisholm-owned digital media channels Monitoring and managing Chisholm’s online community Contributing to the development and delivery of strategically aligned digital media campaigns and content plans Driving positive brand engagement, awareness, consideration, conversion, and growth of target audiences in a competitive digital environment. ABOUT YOU Qualifications and skills required for the role A relevant degree in marketing, public relations, media, journalism or communications and digital media experience, or an equivalent combination of substantial relevant experience and/or education and training. Experience in end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools Knowledgeable in SEM, SEO, social media marketing, key messaging, creative direction and UX. Experience in digital and relationship marketing with a diverse group of stakeholders, including managing complex team environments Experience in developing, implementing and adjusting a monthly content plan across digital media channels, including Meta, Google, digital display, short form video platforms, and LinkedIn. Ability to implement digital media procedures across a large and diverse organisation. Ability to educate, support and guide various stakeholders and employees about digital media best practice.
