About The Role: Lead and manage daily department operations to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance Inspire and develop your team through effective coaching, feedback, and recognition Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture by role modelling service excellence Maximise team productivity through smart workforce planning and task delegation Spend quality time on the floor to lead by example and gain valuable customer insights Empower and mentor your team to become the next generation of Myer leaders.
