About This Role As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia Manage the engine life database Respond to urgent customer requirements – technical and product issues Liaise with Key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers. Responsibilities To be successful in this role, you will need the following: A college, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Intermediate level of relevant work experience in technical support, diagnostics, or field service. Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to manage complex technical issues and synthesize large volumes of diagnostic data. Proficiency in using electronic service tools, diagnostic software, and mechanical/electronic troubleshooting equipment. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering value. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
