What You will Do Manage relationships with CB150 clients, serving as primary contact, delivering tailored solutions across lending, banking, risk and sustainable finance. Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, deepening client relationships, and originating complex lending deals. Negotiating of terms and coordinating with credit and product teams to ensure timely approvals and completion. Manage portfolio risk and compliance by conducting reviews, monitoring performance, and applying credit and operational risk mitigation strategies. Stay informed on market conditions, industry trends and competitor activity, while building networks to identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives Deliver proactive engagement and exceptional customer experience to drive advocacy and NPS, while supporting marketing programmes, events and thought leadership initiatives. We’re seeking an experienced banking professional who can deliver exceptional outcomes for our CB150 clients. You will bring: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-first mindset. Deep understanding of business banking, complex lending structures, and risk management. Experience negotiating terms and coordinating approvals for sophisticated transactions. Ability to identify growth opportunities, interpret market trends, and support clients’ long-term success. Skilled at working with credit, product, and specialist teams to deliver whole-of-bank solutions. Tertiary degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline; credit accreditation highly regarded.
