With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced registrar to join the Obstetrics and Gynaecology unit.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals and Kilmore District Hospital.  In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: We are seeking a full-time registrar in obstetrics and gynaecology, able to commence from Term 2 2026 (May 4th 2026).  This role requires the provision of appropriate care to inpatients and outpatients of the O&G Department, and provision of a consultative service for patients of other departments. Ensure supervision for the junior medical officers and to provide support for the senior medical staff in the care of patients under other departments within the health service.  To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of the associated clinical problems related to the day-to-day management of all O&G patients Satisfactorily completed at least two years of postgraduate hospital experience in Australia, New Zealand, or a recognised equivalent Medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)  Next Steps . . .
