Your New Company The Lorian Group have partnered with a business that has been operating for over 10 years nationally and is established interstate, with a strong track record delivering commercial build and fitout projects. They're now expanding into the Brisbane market and aiming to methodically build a presence. There are already live projects and a forward pipeline in place, with further work scheduled to commence in early 2026. Your New Role This is a Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager role with both delivery and leadership responsibility. Initially, you'll oversee projects in Brisbane across the build and fitout space, working closely with the interstate leadership team. You'll also contribute to how projects are set up and delivered locally, helping ensure systems, processes, and contractor relationships suit the Queensland market. As the pipeline grows, this role will naturally broaden to include greater involvement in team development, local relationships, and the ongoing growth of the Brisbane operation. What You'll Need to Succeed Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager in commercial construction Strong understanding of the Brisbane / SEQ construction market Background across build and/or fitout projects Ability to manage projects end-to-end with confidence Someone comfortable wearing more than one hat in the early stages Comfortable working with clients, consultants, and subcontractors at a senior level This role suits someone who enjoys having influence over outcomes and contributing beyond a single project.
