The role This is a critical, hands-on role requiring a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen and strong coordination skills. Key tasks include: Quotes: analyse project plans & specifications; generate accurate & competitive quotations for concrete pumping services, boom placement, line pumping & ancillary equipment Contracts: review key contracts; identify & mitigate risks Progress Claims: sign off on monthly & periodic progress claims; monitor & track project costs & variations to ensure accurate billing & profitability Technical Coordination: plan complex concrete placing boom setups & liaise with customers, managers, engineers and rigging crews to optimise site setup Project Engineering: coordinate concrete pumping equipment engineering for projects with stakeholders, provide technical support & engineering input for complex pumping operations; develop safe work methods & plans specific to concrete pumping & boom operations Lead Negotiations: confidently lead negotiations on variations, claims & disputes, ensuring favourable commercial outcomes for our business. What are we looking for Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent relevant qualification) Proven experience in a Project Engineering, Contract Administration or Estimating role - ideally within the construction, formwork or concrete industry Strong understanding of contract law principles (specifically Australian construction contracts) Exceptional organisational, communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Commercial acumen with a problem solving mindset Will consider a high performing industry junior on the rise Why Join Us?
