Attractive Executive salary with vehicle and salary packaging benefits As Director, Complex Care , you will: Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services across a diverse portfolio, including home-based care, youth justice, education, leaving care, and community support programs. Guide and inspire a team of passionate leaders and practitioners through a strategic transformation from regional to program-based service delivery. Drive innovation and strengthen outcomes for some of Victoria’s most vulnerable children and families. Key Responsibilities Lead statewide Complex Care programs with a focus on quality, innovation, and measurable impact. Support teams through significant change, embedding a program-focused model. Build and maintain strong relationships with government and sector stakeholders, particularly DFFH. Drive strategic planning, service development, and continuous improvement. Represent Berry Street Yooralla in key forums and advocate for sector-wide progress. Ensure compliance, performance, and cultural safety across all services. You will bring: Deep expertise in child and family services , including statutory clients. Proven ability to lead complex service delivery and large-scale change and driving results in complex environments. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative leadership style.
