Position: HR-Advisor Location: South of the River Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 Super A privately owned, WA-based civil construction company is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a large, diverse blue-collar workforce across multiple divisions. Based at head office and reporting to the Group HR Manager, this role plays a critical part in delivering high-level HR advice and supporting organisational change across the business. The Role You’ll be hands-on across the full employee lifecycle, providing trusted HR and IR support while ensuring compliance and best-practice processes are embedded across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert advice on HR policies, employment legislation, and award interpretation Managing workplace investigations and recommending appropriate outcomes Conducting HR compliance checks and audits Overseeing onboarding processes and probation reviews Handling sensitive and confidential employee matters with discretion Occasional travel to regional project sites as required You will bring: A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (essential) Demonstrated experience supporting a large blue-collar workforce Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards Proven capability managing IR/ER matters and investigations Experience using HRIS platforms (Employment Hero highly regarded) Valid WA driver’s licence and unrestricted Australian working rights Why Join?
