Avant Mutual requires multiple administrators to assist our claims team during a busy period for a 3-month duration. These roles can be based in our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane offices. The key responsibilities include: Support the claims team by managing documentation generated during the auto indemnity process Split and reorganize PDF files to ensure accurate document handling Maintain and update records using Netdocs Utilize Aurora Claims Management platform as required Ensure all documentation is processed efficiently and accurately Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain compliance standards To be successful in this role you will have: 1-2 years of administrative experience An ability work both autonomously and within a team environment Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and PDF editing tools Why work at Avant?
