Tasks and Responsibilities: Oversee operations of the QLD office, ensuring smooth day-to-day management. Lead staff, coordinate workflows, and maintain high training delivery standards. Support business development activities, including engagement with clients and partners. Assist with sales enquiries and promote course offerings (training provided if needed). Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and student experience. Ensure compliance with RTO standards and company processes. Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to strategic planning. Represent the organisation professionally with stakeholders and industry partners. Work closely with the owner to drive operational excellence and business expansion. Skills and Experience: Trade background essential (Electrical, Gas Fitting, Plumbing, or Restricted Electrical). Strong communication and leadership skills.
