As our Joinery Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of commercial joinery and office fitout projects. You'll manage everything from planning and production coordination to site installation, ensuring seamless communication between clients, designers, suppliers, workshop teams, and site crews. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial joinery from concept to completion Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients Review drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements Manage site installation teams and track on-site progress Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction Continuously track progress, risks, and opportunities, maintaining proactive oversight of the project lifecycle. Monitor site safety and ensure all safety controls and compliance measures are in place. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and systems, providing recommendations for improvement. About You Come from a trade background or have relevant joinery experience Ability to interpret plans & have a strong technical understanding of joinery manufacturing, materials, and installation Proven experience managing similar sized projects Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
