About the role: Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to support a range of projects across Greater Sydney and regional NSW. While your initial home base will be our Regents Park office, you may be required to travel to project sites between Macksville and Wondabyne from time to time, depending on project needs. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of field-based staff, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in meeting contractual requirements, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the successful delivery of our project pipeline. Lead and manage field staff to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently. Submit and maintain all completed site records. Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Ensure sub-contractors/suppliers conform to project requirements. Ensure projects are carried out in accordance with plans and procedures. Participate in task planning and risk analysis, conduct regular audits, and maintain quality standards. To be considered for this role you need: Hold a current TfNSW Concrete Grey Card (Bridgeworks) Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in concrete works Hold qualifications in concrete placement, compaction, screeding, finishing and curing Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications, particularly relating to reinforcement and concrete placement
