This position is based in Brisbane CBD. While the role allows for flexibility in working from home, regular in-person attendance at the Brisbane office is a mandatory requirement. About the role: In this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing the QBCC Customer Feedback framework by developing and implementing systems, policies and procedures that improve transparency and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Develop processes and systems to resolve sensitive cases and complaints quickly, fairly, and transparently, ensuring correct allocation and timely responses across QBCC operational areas. Administer and interpret building legislation, issue directions for disciplinary action, and provide advice to enhance digital service delivery through Salesforce. Strengthen organisational capability and responsiveness via data analysis and research, including preparing briefs and reports. Develop and maintain effective relationships with executives, team members, industry bodies, and government agencies.
