About the role This identified, temporary position (24 months) graduate position will be primarily based at Laidley Hospital. It offers a supportive and culturally safe environment where you will work closely with experienced Social Workers in a rural setting, while receiving enhanced training, development, and cultural mentoring. As part of the First Nations Graduate Pathway Program, you will benefit from: Dedicated development time for training, project work, and cultural mentoring Enrolment in the IAHA Leadership Program, plus modules in Project Management Skills and Quality Improvement. Participation in cultural mentoring with other First Nations graduates.
