Your new role: In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality communications that support Metro South Health's vision of creating Australia's healthiest community. You will contribute to impactful internal and external communication strategies across our hospitals and services. Key responsibilities include: Developing engaging written and digital content, including newsletters, social media, web copy, fact sheets and other communication materials. Managing internal communication channels, including content curation, scheduling, monitoring and reporting. Supporting the delivery of communication plans, events and campaigns by collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation. Providing strategic communication advice, ensuring materials align with brand guidelines and organisational priorities. About you: You are a skilled communicator with a passion for creating engaging content and building strong stakeholder relationships. You thrive in a dynamic health service environment and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. We're looking for someone who: Demonstrates high-level written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing content across multiple channels. Can manage competing priorities, coordinate activities and deliver quality outcomes within deadlines. Builds effective relationships with stakeholders and confidently provides advice on communication approaches and brand consistency. Brings strong technical skills in social media and web publishing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, SharePoint, Squiz DXP, Vision6, Asana). About the Media and Communications Unit The Media and Communications team offers high quality communication advice, planning and support across Metro South Health. Media and Communications team members bring a wealth of experience from a diverse range of backgrounds to support all aspects of communication activities, including proactive and reactive media, communications, issues and risk management, brand and reputation management, design, web, events, videos, copywriting, editing, and more.
