A fantastic opportunity is now available for a pro-active and self-motivated Administrator, who has high level customer service, is organised, pro-active and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. This is a pivotal role for the company, where you will be the first point of contact for all calls and sales enquiries, follow up sales leads, provide quotations, update clients on deliveries and production schedules and support the sales team and the GM with day to day tasks. In addition you will be the subject matter expert for their Hubspot CRM , so you will need to have an expert working knowledge of this system. This role plays an integral part in the company's sales success, ensuring a smooth customer journey, from the initial enquiry, through to delivery. What's great about this role: Busy, challenging role with lots of variety Be part of a dynamic, team-oriented, productive workforce Highly successful business with an excellent culture Duties: Be the first point of contact and respond to inbound customer calls, sales leads and email enquiries Provide high level administrative support to sales and account managers Manage and maintain accurate customer records on Hubspot Build and maintain relationships with Customers with a view to generating sales and revenue objectives Develop an overall understanding of the range of products and services Process and action customer requests such as product availability, coordination of trials and/or product demonstrations Assist with reporting, office coordination and general administrative tasks Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales & customer administration role within an Office environment High level MS Office and Hubspot knowledge is essential High level problem solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot customer requests Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated, enthusiastic "can-do" attitude Professional manner and the ability to utilise your initiative Excellent time management and organisational ability NOTE: This position is NOT suitable to candidates who do not have Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
