Using the latest advanced technologies, they handle every aspect of the manufacturing process from initial drafting and prototyping to final production and finishing. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a confident, energetic individual who has excellent communication skills, a problem solving mindset and is driven to succeed. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, over the phone, face to face and via email, reviewing technical drawings, providing quotations and following up on sales leads to seek out new opportunities for the business. Ideally you will have experience in sales and customer service or perhaps you have worked in sheet metal trades and looking for a change. Either way, you will need to have high level computer skills and the ability to understand drawings and technical documentation. Opportunities for continued growth and learning Duties: Managing the internal sales and customer service functions for the business with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Production of quotes involving extensive liaison with customers, setting pricing and delivery terms in-line with company pricing policy and following through to conversion Processing of sales orders including checking and ordering product and arranging shipping and delivery in line with strict client set timeframes Working proactively to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets with a strong focus on customer retention and new customer acquisition Actioning customer requests and enquiries over the phone, face to face and via email Read and interpret drawings and technical documentation Provide problem solving and “Solution sales” to customers Build rapport with customers and explore additional sales opportunities Ensure all orders, invoices, and purchase orders are entered into the CRM system Skills and Experience: Internal Sales experience in the building supply industry or similar, preferable Alternatively you may be trade qualified in machine operation or sheet metal trades & looking for a change off the tools Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings to cost out projects & provide quotations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A desire to meet and exceed company targets & KPI’s High level of Computer literacy including MS Office & internal CRM systems desirable Self-motivated, enthusiastic "can-do" attitude Professional manner and the ability to utilise your initiative Time management & excellent organizational skills Must have Australian working rights for a Permanent role.
