Lead a landmark master plan development in the Illawarra region An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major residential project in Corrimal. This role involves managing a large-scale, multi-building development and leading a high-performing site team. The Role: Oversee on-site delivery across 5 architecturally designed towers and two basement car parks. Manage and mentor a team of six Foremen and site supervisors. Drive program milestones, safety, and quality on a $110M Class 2 residential development. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with BCA, WHS, and environmental standards. About You: 12 years’ construction experience, including 6 years in site leadership roles. Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-storey Class 2 projects ($50M–$100M). Strong programming, sequencing, and stakeholder management skills. Calm, confident leadership style with hands-on approach to safety and quality.
