About the Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee a high-end, multi-storey residential project in the Wollongong region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and growing builder delivering premium Class 2 luxury residential developments . About the Role As the Senior Site Supervisor, you'll take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations , ensuring quality, safety, and program milestones are achieved across a high-rise residential build. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality outcome. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across a Class 2 residential project . Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance. Oversee construction schedules and drive project delivery to meet key milestones. Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with building codes and WHS standards. Liaise with Project Management and Design teams to resolve site issues efficiently. Foster a positive, productive, and safety-driven site culture. Skills & Experience Proven experience supervising high-rise or multi-level luxury residential builds . Strong understanding of Class 2 construction and NCC/BCA compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality finishes and client satisfaction. Relevant building trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management (preferred).
