Position: SAP Testing (SuccessFactors) Key Skills Required (Must Have) • Required skillset is in SuccessFactors but highly desirable to have UKG Workforce Management Pro skills. • Demonstrable experience in functional, regression and integration testing • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end testing across core SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll modules • Experience in creating test plans/strategies, test cases and defect lifecycle control • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for test management and reporting • Understanding of testing practices within agile environments. • Experience working in an operational, agile software development team • Desired: Familiarity and/or experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management • Desired: Proficiency in creating and maintaining automated test cases in Microsoft Playwright, Tricentis Tosca or other relevant test automation tools Nice to have skills Prior experience in insurance domain (claims, policy, billing systems) is a plus.
