Urgent requirement of SAP HR Payroll Consultant - Contract - Sydney/Melbourne Requirements Minimum 5 Years of SAP HR, Time Management and Payroll experience. Well versed with SAP core HR modules, PA/OM, positive Time Management and Payroll (preferably Australia and NZ). Basic knowledge of PCR (personnel calculation rules) and schema modification in payroll and time management. At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP HR and payroll, and Time Management. Hands-on experience in defect resolution and defect analysis related to SAP PA, OM, TM and Payroll implementation and configuration. SAP HR integration and workflow functional knowledge. Good to Have : Experience on any ticketing tool (Service Now, JIRA or any other) Functional knowledge of facility services, utilities services and work management. Experience on Application maintenance ITIL processes Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Maintaining the applications offshore team to produce reliable and stable solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner Interact with customer Tech leads and business users and drive assigned work. Responsible for managing the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure the SLAs are met. Liaising with clients and users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter. Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices. Ability to see the bigger picture, make and advise on strategic decisions Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and provide the effective solution.
