About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our growing finance team in Narellan Southwest Sydney office. In this role, you will manage end-to-end lending applications, support clients throughout the borrowing process, and work closely with lenders to achieve successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess client needs and recommend suitable lending products Prepare, lodge, and manage loan applications from start to settlement Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing Conduct preliminary credit assessments and verify documentation Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships Stay up to date with lender policies, compliance requirements, and market changes About You Relevant Diploma in Finance/Commerce/Mortgage Broking or higher qualification with at least one-year relevant experience as a Loan Writer, Mortgage Broker Assistant, or similar role Strong understanding of Australian lending products and lender policies Excellent communication and client relationship skills High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications at once Experience using loan CRM or lodgement platforms (e.g., ApplyOnline, Broker Portal) is an advantage Why Join Us?
