Location: Peninsula Gardens Retirement Living – Bayview NSW (on-site) Opportunity : Permanent full-time Reports to: Regional Operations & Resident Services Manager The Opportunity Peninsula Gardens Retirement Living sits across 14 acres of beautifully maintained gardens and is home to 110 independent living villas and apartments. As the Community Manager , you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, culture and leadership of the village, creating a positive, welcoming and safe environment. You’ll lead a small, close-knit team while driving exceptional resident experiences through customer service, stakeholder engagement, financial management, compliance and facilities management. This is a diverse, hands-on operations role - ideal for someone with a background in Hotel, Tourism, Hospitality or Operations Management. Bring your passion to life and make the switch to retirement living. Your Impact: Lead all daily community operations including compliance, safety & security, facilities, events and resident culture. Foster a culture of resident satisfaction built on open communication, professionalism, and positivity. Oversee and implement community finance budgets by working with internal finance partners and delivering presentations to resident committees. Have a strong eye for maintenance issues by working with your on-site maintenance team to improve the facilities for the overall community Lead a small team including recruitment, rostering, performance management and development. Liaise with a wide range of internal and external teams, including (but not limited to): Facilities, Operations, Care, Marketing, Legal, Sales and People & Risk Enable residents to maintain their optimum degree of independence and build inter-personal relations with residents and resident committee members Why Aveo?
