Our client URGENTLY requires a Client-side Engineering Manager in Rail for a 6-12 month Contract in Brisbane. Working on the client-side, the Engineering Manager will provide single-point accountability for all engineering and technical delivery on a multidisciplinary rail and/or station project. The Engineering Manager leads the design development and integration across civil, structures, architecture/building services, track, rail systems (signalling, ETCS, HV/LV, comms), SESA, and operations/maintenance interfaces. Skills and Experience required include: Demonstrated experience as a client-side employee or embedded resource in a government and/or transport organisation. 10 years' experience delivering complex transport or rail projects with substantive design management responsibility across multiple disciplines. Demonstrated application of rail and building codes/standards (e.g., relevant Australian Standards, signalling/power/comms standards, or equivalent client specs). Proven track record running formal design reviews, technical assurance, safety-in-design, and V&V to handover. Experience with delivery of rail infrastructure particularly in Queensland is highly regarded. Government and/or rail industry experience would be highly advantageous. Top $'s Paid !
