Sales Administration Officer - $35/hr | Toongabbie NSW Full-time | Monday-Friday | Long-term opportunity About the Role Our client is the leading company who specialises in fencing and construction materials and currently in need of Sales admin assistant to join their growing team. As the Sales Administration Officer, you will be the central point of communication between clients, estimators, and internal teams. Your focus will be on ensuring sales leads are processed accurately, customer expectations are well managed, and project information flows smoothly through to operations. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & CRM Administration Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Process sales leads received via website, phone, and email Enter and maintain accurate CRM records with supporting documentation Print and allocate leads to the Lead Allocator Sales Support & Client Readiness Assist the Lead Allocator in assessing lead priority and job type (Residential or Commercial) Contact clients to collect missing documents or job details Support Estimators with quoting, document preparation, and follow-up emails Client Communication Keep clients informed at every stage of their fencing project Set clear expectations regarding timelines, start dates, and changes Proactively communicate schedule adjustments (weather, resourcing, delays) Manage customer concerns with professionalism and escalate where necessary Reporting & Business Support Assist with data entry, Excel reporting, and basic trend analysis Prepare reports, presentations, and general documentation Support special projects and administrative tasks as required What We're Looking For Strong administration and communication skills Experience managing customer expectations Background supporting operations, construction, or field-based teams (desirable) Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments Familiarity with ISO Quality Standards (advantageous) What You'll Achieve Smooth communication across Sales, Operations, and Installers Clients kept updated with proactive, clear information Accurate CRM and reporting information supporting the wider team Improved project readiness and reduced scheduling delays High client satisfaction and strong customer relationships If you meet all the above criteria then please click APPLY NOW button. note: Only the shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
