Description About the Role EverAbility Group is seeking a detail-driven and mission-focused Senior Officer – Grants & Impact to help support the development, submission, and acquittal of proposals to trusts, foundations, corporate sponsors, and other funding bodies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, this newly created role is critical in implementing a comprehensive program of grant identification, proposal development, and impact reporting to secure funding in alignment with the organisation’s broader objectives. Your work will play a pivotal role in advancing programs and services that empower individuals with vision impairment and other disabilities to live independently and confidently, shaping a future of accessibility and inclusion across Western Australia. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, research and assess grant, sponsorship and funding opportunities aligned to organisational priorities. Maintain an active funding pipeline and track key deadlines. Develop tailored, persuasive grant applications and EOIs by using program data from internal teams, financial insights and impact stories, for more compelling proposals. Prepare accurate reports and acquittals for funding bodies, ensuring compliance with grant conditions. Coordinate funding contracts, monitor milestones and support internal teams with tracking and delivering on contracted outcomes. Provide funder updates and impact reporting in collaboration with Communications and Program teams. Contribute to improving grant systems, templates and processes to lift efficiency and success rates. Analyse funding trends and assist with performance, growth and ROI reporting. Skills And Experiences Essential Skills and Attributes: Experience supporting revenue generation through grants, sponsorships, or contracted funding. Strong grant writing and proposal development skills in a service or multi-disciplinary environment. Experience coordinating and managing contract administration, compliance requirements and key deliverables. Exceptional written communication, with the ability to craft persuasive, accurate and tailored proposals. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to interpret financial and program data for reporting. High digital proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online portals. A genuine commitment to the mission and values of EverAbility. Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or related fields. Understanding of trusts, foundations and corporate giving within the Australian NFP sector. Familiarity with CRM or project management systems (e.g., iMIS, Salesforce). Knowledge of disability, health or community services funding environments.
