The UGL New Energy team is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to join our New Energy team. ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER As part of your role, you will responsible for mobilisation and ongoing travel and accommodation requirements for employees on New Energy projects. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Handle all bookings for flights, accommodation, and hire cars using approved systems (e.g., Concur) and preferred suppliers, ensuring compliance with UGL policy. Review and approve travel-related invoices promptly, and implement cost-effective alternatives when preferred options are unavailable. Provide travel advice, liaise with recruitment for onboarding, and assist with mobilisation procedures and site admin support as needed. Deliver general admin support, manage rosters (including data entry and record checks), and prepare reports as required. Undertake any additional project-related tasks as directed by the project team or line manager. Your skills and experience\: Previous experience in a similar role, such as a travel or project administrator role. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills.
