Return to Work Coordinator Location: Adelaide We're seeking a proactive and detail-focused Return to Work Coordinator to join our national Safety function. This role is central to supporting injured or ill employees through their recovery, coordinating end-to-end WorkCover processes, and ensuring Zoom remains compliant across multiple states and territories. You'll work closely with branches, payroll, insurers and external providers, providing clear guidance, managing documentation, and helping teams navigate RTW and early intervention requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage WorkCover and return-to-work processes end-to-end. Maintain accurate documentation across various databases and payroll systems. Liaise with injured workers, treating providers, case managers and internal teams. Prepare weekly wage updates and monthly reimbursement invoices. Provide guidance and light training to branches (occasional interstate travel may be required). Support early intervention and promote safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Identify opportunities for process and system improvements. About You Experience in workers compensation, injury management or RTW coordination. Strong understanding of WorkCover legislation across states/territories. Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations. High attention to detail and strong administrative capability. Organised, solutions-focused and comfortable working independently. Relevant RTW or injury management qualifications are desirable.
