The Opportunity This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in driving business profitability, delivering insights, and producing high-quality reporting. The position works closely with the wider Finance team as well as Sales & Marketing stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Partnering with Sales & Marketing to prepare monthly reporting across all aspects of Sales to Margin, providing actionable and insightful analysis. • Analysing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with a focus on sales performance, volume, and promotional spend. • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts. • Designing and managing financial models to assess business performance, evaluate strategic opportunities, and deliver insights that support commercial and operational decision-making. • Conducting regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data reported in the Power BI system. • Supporting key finance activities, including month-end processes and audit requirements. • Providing decision support for projects and initiatives as directed by the Group FP&A Manager. What you’ll bring CA or CPA qualified. Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience. Demonstrated budgeting, forecasting and analytical experience. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Ability to multi-task with competing priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment. Demonstrated leader, team player and ability to work autonomously.
