Your key responsibilities: Identifies strategic and statewide planning gaps and opportunities to address system issues and priorities. Support HHS and other identified stakeholders to undertake local health service planning and/or develop proposals for statewide services. Provide expert level health service, strategic, system planning advice and direction to Queensland Health Divisions, Queensland Clinical Networks, Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) and other stakeholders, consistent with Queensland Health and government priorities and policies. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Proven ability to develop and manage a team in a large, complex service delivery organisation, using contemporary human resource management practices in line with legislation, departmental directives and performance planning, review and succession planning. Proven ability to lead a team, to achieve defined project outcomes, while driving a collaborative working environment and developing a team to work at the top of their capability requirements. Proven ability to lead a team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service planning advice while managing diverse stakeholder groups and application of project management techniques to meet the objectives of complex time-critical projects.
