As the ICT Support Officer, you will:- Monitor and respond to service desk and operational requests for business application support, to maintain business operations.- Assist with client availability where required and organise client maintenance activities to enable technical support to attend to reported issues.- Coordinate ITIL change and release management within Digital Customer (SSQ).- Complete preventative maintenance checks on Digital Customer (SSQ)'s business applications.- Complete delegated internal and external ICT infrastructure project work for Digital Customer (SSQ), to enhance business capability, where required.- Manage business application services for internal and external bodies of work, and complete relevant projects when necessary.- Oncall, multi-site, after hours availability is a requirement of this position.- May be required to work at other Digital Customer (SSQ) facilities other than your primary location.- Provide input into technical specifications for procurement processes, to assist with the effective acquisition of ICT business applications.- Facilitate vendor and supplier activities in 'break/fix' and maintenance to ensure the rectification of problems for ends users. - Consult and provide advice, both technical and non-technical, to Digital Customer (SSQ) clients and customers, regarding desktop and end user services and devices, to ensure the ongoing service delivery of ICT services for Digital Customer (SSQ) and their partners. - Maintain and establish relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, to ensure ICT components and technical support is available to meet Digital Customer (SSQ)'s business needs.- Maintain own professional development and contribute to the professional development of others.
