In today’s fast-evolving retail landscape, the core focus of the Retail Training Facilitator role is to empower the retail team by designing and delivering up-to-date training programs and information sessions for both new and current retailers and their staff. This includes providing digital and in-person training tailored to the latest products, technologies, and compliance standards. You’ll also play a vital part in supporting on-the-ground training by equipping Business Development Managers with contemporary coaching techniques and resources to ensure our retail partners remain agile, knowledgeable, and aligned with industry’s best practices. Please note this is a 12 month, fixed term contract role and can be located in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and you must be willing to travel for training. What you’ll do • As a Retail Training Facilitator, your primary responsibilities will include , delivering, and continuously enhancing robust training programs that address both digital and in-person learning requirements across the retail network. • You will work closely with Business Development Managers, providing them with modern coaching resources and methodologies to enable them to promote learning throughout all levels of retail operations. Your support of on-the-ground training initiatives will equip retailers and venue partners with the necessary knowledge and tools to drive sales performance, maintain retail standards, and ensure ongoing compliance across the network. • Your role will further encompass active participation in channel growth projects, including the roll out of new terminal hardware and software. s. You will play an integral role in developing and sustaining a collaborative, nation-wide network of training outlets. • Providing consistent feedback to the Training and Education Team will be critical to maintaining the effectiveness, relevance, and compliance of all programs and resources. Remaining up to date with The Lottery Corporation’s products, systems, and processes will position you to deliver outstanding support to the broader Channel team and its strategic initiatives. What you’ll bring • Skilled in delivering training both in-person and online. • Experienced with ESL participant training. • Strong product and gaming terminal knowledge. • Able to tailor education programs to diverse learner needs. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledgeable of relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies. • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (preferred). • Valid driver's licence.
