Job Opportunity - Process Workers/Assemblers (Benalla) Recruitment Select is currently seeking Process Workers/Assemblers to join our large, well-known manufacturing client based in Benalla. This role will commence on a casual six-month contract (full-time hours required), with the potential for permanent full-time positions for select candidates in the future. Working hours may vary between day shift (6:00am-2:15pm) and afternoon shift (2:00pm-10:00pm). Training will be conducted on the day shift, so flexibility across both shifts is essential. Factory experience is not required; however, candidates with mechanical aptitude or a willingness to learn will be highly regarded. Wages will be negotiated based on experience. Candidates who hold a trade qualification will be eligible for higher pay rates. The successful applicant will demonstrate: Mechanical aptitude Experience using hand and power tools Previous experience with electrical componentry (advantageous) Strong communication skills Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail A trade or partial trade background (preferred) What's on offer: Supportive team environment On-the-job training Monday to Friday work week Wages may be further negotiated in line with experience.
