Recruitment Select is currently searching for electricians to join our large, well known manufacturing client based in Benalla. An A Grade electrical licence will be required for this role and the higher pay rate, however numerous positions for candidates with electrical experience are available. This position will start as a casual 6-month contract (full-time hours on offer) or full-time positions may be available for select candidates after a qualifying period. Shifts will work from Monday-Friday on a dayshift (6am-2.15pm) and there is a possibility for afternoon shift (2pm-10pm) after a training period on dayshift. Wages may be negotiated in accordance with experience, candidates with licenced electrical experience will be eligible for higher rates of pay. The ideal candidate would possess: Strong work ethic Attention to detail Reliability Fit and Healthy A GRADE Electrical licence Ability to work solo or within a team. Responsibilities may include: Completing refurbishments of Transformers, Kiosks & Switchgear. Assembly of an electrical product. Switchboard assembly. Running conduits. Testing cables & final products. Relocating and installing data outlets. Cable pulling/running. Wiring. This work will be completely indoors, no outdoor/small space work is required.
