Job Description MedHealth are seeking a project manager, someone with a high level of initiative, a great communicator and collaborator, and a professional can-do approach, to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager – MedHealth Program Office the new role will: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation to successful completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget Deliver projects and work with teams that may use a hybrid Waterfall and Agile methodology Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Work closely with technology squads, architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure technical solutions are feasible, aligned to architecture, and meet non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability) Understand technical designs, risks, and constraints sufficiently to challenge estimates, sequence work sensibly (e.g. environments, integrations), and remove technical blockers Act as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical tasks and technical issues into business impacts to drive value Execute the project according to the project plan in conjunction within the Stage Gate framework, IT and all stakeholders identified in the Statement of Work, Project Charter & Business Case
