It is a technical leadership position for an experienced MSP professional who leads from the front, sets standards, and is trusted by customers as "their person". MUST HAVE MSP AND PERMANENT RESIDENCY (ESSENTIAL) What You'll Do Act as the senior escalation point for technical issues across the Service Desk (L2-L3). Lead by example through quality technical delivery, customer care, and proactive problem management. Manage and deliver BAU and projects Maintain excellent communication with clients Ensure aged, recurring, or complex tickets are handled effectively and closed out with high customer satisfaction. Produce clear, thorough documentation to support seamless BAU operations. Stay actively engaged in your own development and emerging technologies. What You Bring Essential MSP Experience Strong background across Level 2-3 MSP support (remote and onsite). Confident with service ticketing tools Microsoft 365, Azure, Modern Workplace. Virtualisation: Hyper-V or VMware. Server and infrastructure hardware (servers, storage, UPS). Microsoft Server (AD, DHCP, DNS, RDS, GPOs). Microsoft Exchange - on-prem and Online.
