You will have previous experience in a Health & Safety leadership role within the residential construction industry. About You: Proven experience in a Health & Safety leadership role within the residential construction industry Relevant HSE qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma or higher) Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance requirements Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 certification Excellent interpersonal skills to engage, educate, and motivate teams and contractors Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Integrity, consistency, and a commitment to high standards Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and improve the HSE Management System to ensure compliance with legislation and standards Drive the Safety Improvement Strategy and oversee ISO 45001 certification Lead and mentor a team of four safety professionals Manage incident investigations, reporting, and regulator engagement Provide expert HSE guidance to managers and staff Conduct site inspections, deliver training, and strengthen safety culture across teams Chair monthly HSE meetings and present at management forums Prepare safety reports for the Board of Directors Oversee work cover claims, rehabilitation, and return-to-work processes Build proactive relationships with Safework NSW, WorkSafe QLD, and industry safety alliances Interviews Please forward your up-to-date Resume asap.
