This is a Scheduling Coordinator role with Burbank Group based in Melbourne, VIC, AU Burbank Group Role Seniority - junior More about the Scheduling Coordinator role at Burbank Group About The Role As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll manage minor responsive repair works from start to finish, registering jobs, scheduling trades, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely invoicing. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and technicians, making sure every job runs smoothly and meets service standards. What You’ll Do Coordinate Repairs: Register new jobs, obtain client approvals, and maintain accurate records in our workflow system. Schedule Trades: Allocate in-house technicians and external suppliers, liaise with estimators and supervisors, and manage bookings with building stakeholders. Communicate Effectively: Keep clients informed, respond to queries promptly, and update client portals in line with SLAs. Manage Budgets: Monitor project budgets, seek approvals for variations, and ensure compliance with KPIs. Ensure Compliance: Oversee trade inductions and maintain service levels during peak periods. Administration: Handle calls, maintain spreadsheets, and complete ad-hoc tasks as required. What We’re Looking For Experience in scheduling or repair coordination within maintenance, building, or construction. Strong skills in Microsoft Office; experience with workflow systems is an advantage. Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
