With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Department.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: A permanent, full-time opportunity exists for a Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at Northern Health.  This role will have the potential to work at sites across Northern Health as required. This may include work on weekends and public holidays as required. The Pharmacist will have responsibility of the provision of pharmacy services across Northern Healthâs acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services. They will ensure excellence in client care, evidence-based practice, and service improvement and risk management.   They will work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Department to achieve the strategic outcomes of the Department.  To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) Commitment to evidence based and patient-centred care Demonstrated good interpersonal and communication skills  Next Steps . . .
