About the Role You’ll be the key Account Manager for one of our flagship clients, working closely with the Account Lead on all aspects of the brand’s sports sponsorship, licensing and brand purpose programs. Current major sponsorships include national sporting codes, with responsibilities spanning equipment and product provision, signage, precinct activations, and strategic partnerships with emerging formats. You’ll also play a pivotal role in rolling out a global brand purpose initiative, launched in 2025 to keep teens playing team sport. In 2026 this will include partnerships with leading state sporting bodies, and grassroots recognition programs. Plus, you’ll help drive a new initiative via D2C channels and major retailers. For other major clients, you’ll manage sponsorships and oversee creative briefs delivered by TSE’s in-house sports content studio, producing standout work for brands, codes and athletes.
