We currently seek an IT Recruitment Consultant with a passion for building strong relationships, understanding technical roles, and managing clients with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with senior decision-makers, and is motivated by matching high-calibre tech talent with ambitious organisations. The role revolves around delivering to IT roles with a range of clients and nurturing relationships with key clients. We seek a strong relationship builder. Key Responsibilities Recruit across a variety of technical roles, including software developers, cloud engineers, data specialists, Networking etc. There will also be project and leadership roles, however a higher percentage of technical roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — job briefings, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, offer management, and post-placement support. Confidently manage clients, from initial engagement through to delivery, ensuring exceptional service and trusted partnerships. Develop new business opportunities by understanding current client needs and positioning Synchro Partners as a strategic technology talent partner. Translate technical job requirements into clear sourcing strategies and candidate outreach campaigns. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand team structures, technical stacks, and role expectations. Contribute to ongoing improvement of recruitment tools, processes, and market insights. Key Requirements Experience in agency recruitment, ideally within IT, digital, or a technical vertical. Strong ability to understand and discuss technical roles with candidates and hiring managers. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing client expectations. Commercially minded with a track record of building and maintaining a 360-desk. Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex technical information into simple, clear conversations. Self-driven, organised, and resilient, with a proactive approach to problem solving. A genuine interest in technology, the talent market, and how organisations build high-performing tech teams.
