We’re looking for someone people-focused, organised, and confident to grow their own recruitment portfolio while contributing to our wider success. Your role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent OSHC roles in Victoria & New South Wales, building strong relationships with educators and services. Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a genuine service mindset are key - you’ll ensure every placement delivers exceptional outcomes.
