NBH is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join our professional Finance team. Participate in a diverse range of hospital projects and bring your excellent analytical skills to provide reconciliation and quality improvement. As a Data Analyst Your Responsibilities Will Include Core daily and monthly reporting of data for both in-house purposes, and reporting to the state and other governing bodies Conducting and organizing clinical audits for clinical outcome KPI data Assist with data quality and reconciliation including undertaking testing of data queries Working in partnership with IT team to develop new reports for the site Ad-hoc reporting as required by the business, including clinical, operational and finance Selection Criteria Relevant degree in Health Information Management or significant experience in health data management with experience in working in an acute hospital and have skills in Excel and SQL Strong administrative and document management skills Superior computer skills including Excel and database management Attention to detail Ability to solve problems independently and seek help from appropriate resources.
