About the Opportunity We are seeking a Product Design Engineer to join our team in Mascot, Sydney NSW. Reporting to the Head of Business Development , this role focuses on designing and developing innovative products that meet customer requirements and align with CRS’s high standards of quality and performance. You will collaborate with internal teams across design, manufacturing, and project operations to deliver solutions that enhance our product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Design and develop CRS products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into project delivery. Support cost modelling and estimation by providing accurate design data. Participate in tender submissions by contributing technical drawings and design insights. Maintain and update design documentation, templates, and internal tools. Engage in continuous learning to build technical knowledge of CRS products and installation methods. What we’re looking for: Degree or technical qualification in engineering, industrial design, or related field. Strong understanding of mechanical, structural, or manufacturing processes. Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Exposure to product design, construction operations, or technical sales is desirable.
